We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.
Principal responsibilities
. Experienced in project delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live
. Knowledge of DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins and Ansible
. Works within Medium d and medium complexity Technology projects - these may span across multiple business units and/or geographies
. Knowledge of using DevOps practices such as test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment
. Experience of Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience
. Supports the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
. Experience of analysing customer journeys and product functionality
. Helps to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product
. Knowledge in end-to-end process and a low level understanding of multiple areas, such as: disciplined Agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines Qualifications

Skills & Essential Experience
. Experienced on Excel tools and Power point presentations
. Knowledge of project management foundation
. Good Hands On Tooling like Confluence and Jira
. Ability to convey requirements to developers in the technical language understood by developers
. Experience on AS400 systems / RPG is definitely a plus
. Knowledge of C++, C#, SQL scripting is a plus
. Demonstrable experience of analyzing and documenting business requirements for global applications
. Practical experience in functional analysis and design, utilising different methodologies i.e. Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within an Agile Project environment
. 7+ years of techno functional and business consulting experience in Banking/Finance, Business/System Analysis, Agile methodology, Functional Design, Project Management and across all stages of SDLC Requirement Analysis, Software. Development, Quality Assurance and Implementation.
. Tools: JIRA, Confluence, HP QC/ ALM.

. Flexibility to travel, attend meetings across wide time zones
