Purpose of Role
Responsible for labour safety in the hotel. Assist with hygiene and safety management; construction and public safety measures implementation; creating a safe work environment to ensure the safety of all Talent and hotel assets.
Responsibly Description
- To assist Talent Coach promote labour safety and hygienetraining.
- To organize and host regular labour safety and hygiene meetings.
- To announce MARRIOTT policies and communicate with AsiaPacific Division
office.
- To assist with the departmental training programs, ensure that allTalent have
a complete understanding of the hotel's policies regarding Fire Safety, Health
and Hygiene.
- To submit annual occupational injury report to Taipei City LaborInspection
Office.
- To assist with communication between Talent and the hotel.
