Job Description
Position Description:
This position will focus on the compounding and molding process. Processing engineers perform a variety of technical and mechanical duties in the processing team and be responsible for equipment operation & maintenance and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team to provide lab processing supports for business needs in a high-quality and timely manner
- Strictly comply the DuPont safety policy and operate the machines safely, efficiently and reliably according to recommended operating guidelines
- Preliminary on-line inspection to ensure that product meet the quality requirement
- Optimize the polymer processing condition and improve the potential capacity
- Performs root cause analysis and take actions towards resolutions
- Be responsible for routine equipment maintenance work according to the SOP
Qualification:
- Education: Junior college or above (better in mechanical, polymer processing, chemical etc)
- Experience: At least 2 years of polymer processing experience in engineering plastics industry, like compounding or molding.
- Well understanding on equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability
- Good sense in collaboration and teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Competent in English is a plus.
