Job Description


Description . Key Account Manager is the end to end owner for distributor hub business . He/she needs to lead hub business plan alignment, execution, tracking, review and optimization. . He/she is encouraged to lead sell in/sell through of top stores and enable distributor team to win First Moment of Truth in top stores. . Be accountable for key projects sell in and execution. . He/she also shall develop distributor's capability and fully enable distributor team. . Moreover, distributor daily operation work with Multi-Function team is also Key Account Manager's main responsibility, while he/she is also required to co-work with Unit Manager to ensure distributor data accuracy, review& monitor fund use.
Qualifications: . Strong leadership and ownership, to think and act as an entrepreneur. . Skills: Strong selling skills, powerful interpersonal and communication skills. . Knowledge: Understand Key Business Driver (KBD) of channel, category and has shopper knowledge. . Training: Training capability to develop new join-in employee and distributor sales team. . Flexibility: a flexible schedule of frequent business travel.
