Our client is a is a reputable financial corporation from Japan which is listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange as an integrated financial services group which has overseas operations in 5 regions worldwide. Hong Kong office is established over 40 years ago. They are providing leasing business, Automobile business, Factoring Business and Hire Purchase business with personalized and high quality financial services.
Exciting New Role for You
You will develop effective business strategies to align with Company’s mid-term plan and achieve Company’s budget. For this purpose, ensure effective control of marketing result and takes necessary action to achieve objective by managing marketing activities. You also analyze financial situation of client business and prepare proposal for senior management
Performing financial analysis and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
It is important to oversee all aspect of accounting and financial management including daily operations, taxation, budget, forecast and strategic planning etc.
  • Prepare management reports for management review
  • Manage annual statutory audits and coordinate with internal and external personnel to deliver the required works related to accounting and financial functions
  • Responsible for preparing relevant data to support headquarter reporting
  • Formulate and implement relevant policies and procedures in accordance with both accounting standard and the requirements of Head Office
  • Identify risk and determine countermeasures for business activities and operating efficiency
  • Seek ways for improvement and enhancement on business operation
  • Manage operational cost and workflows to ensure all the daily operation meets Company and compliance requirement

Requirements
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N1 is preferred)
  • Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Working experience in Corporate Planning, business development role with Accounting knowledge
  • Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or other related disciplines
  • Awareness of the commercial aspects of financial business
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, planning project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work effectively in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Mature, pleasant and out-going personality with good communication skill
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure
