Job Description



Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Support desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment
  2. Analyse and recommend new technologies as appropriate for use by the business
  3. Provide technical assistance and work direction to aide other employees.

Desirable Skills:
  1. Ability to work with business users in defining local requirements and delivering locally approved solutions
  2. Strong language skills in native spoken & written English is a must
  3. Ability to build, communicate and maintain relationships in Tianjin office
  4. Can work independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  5. Self-motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and to tight schedules.

Technical Knowledge:
  1. Microsoft Windows 7 / 10
  2. Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 365
  3. Video Conference (Polycom) / (Zoom) / (MS Teams)
  4. Understanding of audio visual equipment
  5. VoIP Telephone (Cisco)
  6. TCP/IP Network
  7. Lotus Notes / O365 Outlook E-mail Client
  8. Mobile Technologies (iOS, Android)

Qualifications:
  1. Degree in computer science or related disciplines
  2. 3-5 years work experience and demonstrated 1st to 3rd level IT skills.
