Job Description

One of the UK based professional services company is currently looking for a IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level technical support to users
  • Take ownership and manage tickets you have received or been assigned, either resolving or escalating to the appropriate team
  • Support packages including Service Management Tools e.g. call logging software, remote access tools such as Remote Assistance and RDP
  • Provide trouble shooting for 1st line issues including but not limited to Microsoft office, Internet, mobile working, worksite, document management, lync
  • Provide a high level of customer service within agreed SLA's
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in information technology or other related discipline
  • Two years of experience as helpdesk, deskside or IT technical support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and issues
  • Good command of English and Chinese
