Job Description :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Perform daily systems maintenance, backup, system , network control and regular reporting
  2. Perform hardware & software installation, maintenance, system helpdesk activities and trouble shooting.
  3. Monitor the security administration of various systems in the branch.
  4. Provide clerical and administrative supports to DH and AVP of the department
  5. Check and maintain the updated system users administrative records.
  6. Check and maintain inventory records of software and hardware, system equipments of the branch assets.
  7. Assist DH of IT to develop, review and implement policies and standards relating information systems and systems related functions, ensuring adherence to security and other procedures.
  8. Maintain inventory records of software and hardware, system equipments of the branch assets.
  9. Support the department to improve literacy of Information Security Management of the branch members and provide relevant staff training.
  10. Liaise with contractors / vendors on technical matters.
  11. Familiar with Windows local policy and domain group policy.
  12. Knowledge and experience in Windows 7/Windows 10 deployment.
  13. Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  1. Proven experience as a System Administrator, or similar role.
  2. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
  3. Knowledge of information system security and data backup/recovery.
  4. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  5. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  6. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
