Our client is a leading is a Hong Kong-based company focused on property,infrastructure and services, department storesand hotels. They are hiring a IT Helpdesk to join their team.
Exciting new role for you
  • Provide first level technical support & troubleshooting for end user
  • Carry out software & hardware installation
  • Assist to create & maintain processes and procedures, technical documentation, reports, records
  • Provide guidelines for training in the use & maintenance of equipment, system & facilities
  • Responsible for the monitoring of day-to-day system services and perform immediate correspondence action if there is any service break down
  • Participate for the new IT services deployment

  • Qualification from IT/computing discipline is preferred
  • Practical experience in IT support role or related experience is preferred
  • Strong trouble shooting skills & communication skills with clients
  • Hard working & able to work independently
  • Must familiar with PC, windows, MS Office, Mac, Windows servers, Active Directory, Network equipment, etc
  • Exchange server, firewall, and advanced IT/network skills is an advantage
