Principal responsibilities
  • Assist the HACN CDO to lead and support data strategy initiatives in the bank
  • Partner closely with all stakeholders of the bank (IT, Business, Functions) to align directive and deliverable
  • Understand business process and requirements to ensure deliverables could meet the scope
  • Own and run the data platform within the bank.
  • Lead Data and Analytics Platform Management projects
  • Govern access provisioning to different datasets
  • Consult with stakeholders to determine platform requirements / issues and to support decision making
  • Act as a single point of contact for the responsible projects and initiatives
  • Arbitrate the CDO community for the implementation of project deliverables
  • Throughout the lifecycle of the project, the project manager will also be responsible for the enforcement of data principles to the stakeholders / subject matter experts / BAU, thus promoting the driving the data culture
  • Background / qualifications in business process re-engineering
  • 5-7 years in project management / business analysis / change management / technology expertise
  • Have good understand of data management principles / operational control framework
  • Attention to detail combined with a strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results
  • Awareness on data management/data governance/data value realization trends within the banking industry
  • Strong presentation skills: facilitate steering committee and good stakeholders management, as the role will face across all different levels of management in the bank
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact and build relationship with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • University degree in related disciplines
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers, thru data
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
