As the key liaison between the business and regional IT teams, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of projects and ensuring all the requirements are fulfilled. You will also engage with business stakeholders, gather and analyze user requirements and translate into technical specification. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your influencing power and manage multiple stakeholders with conflict of interests from different levels of organization.
The successful applicant should be a university graduate with at least 5 years of working experience in Business Analyst roles with solid IT project experience within banking sector. Proven experience in digital banking area is highly preferred. You should be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answer. You should also be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate high-level problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English AND Chinese is a must.
