Responsibilities
Team introduction: The User Growth team is responsible for the growth of ByteDance's products. We help products specify tailor-made growth plans, and use various marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a series of mature product growth plans such as paid advertising and natural additions, and is proficient in applying them to various businesses to promote business growth at the same time, when new growth opportunities are found, we also build New solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. By joining the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users, and master the industry's advanced and first-hand growth practices. 1. Drive the growth of international products with effective advertising and achieve product DAU and ROI goals 2. In-depth cooperation with various advertising channels such as GG/FB/AdNetworks to tap channel capabilities and improve advertising efficiency 3. Explore new/retained / Recall / Multi-terminal / Diversion and other growth methods to create comprehensive growth opportunities for each business 4. Based on the growth middle stage, cooperate with the launch / production research / data team within the team to empower the growth of the entire business line

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-6 years of advertising experience in Internet companies, or 2-5 years of advertising-related product manager, Internet-related projects Management, strategy and consulting work experience 2. Familiar with advertising platforms, have some research on advertising distribution or traffic acquisition, and have rich experience in advertisers or advertising media 3. Have a full-scene understanding of paid advertising, including multi-end (Mobile/Tablet/PC) to carry out various advertising campaigns (new/promotion/recall) in different channels (SRN/ADN/GH), can independently design experiments, data-driven, better with SQL and R capabilities 4. Understand the logic of advertising targeting, attribution, etc., cooperate with production and research in China and Taiwan, build various platforms and tools, empower each delivery team, precipitate methodology, and deal with industry challenges such as iOS14 5. Maintain curiosity and self-driving force, and be good at communication , face the pressure at work steadfastly and optimistically have top-level awareness, be able to grasp business pain points, and work around big leverage 6. Can use English as a working language and accept multi-cultural work across time zones
