Key Responsibilities
  • Provide the end-to-end project management from managing the client, resources, budget, timeline to deliverables
  • Responsible for budgeting and overall planning, developments and to deliver different kinds of digital projects
  • Proficient to develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress against it
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Capable to handle impediment and provides alternatives
  • Deliver projects on time with ensuring certain quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation example with risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Increaseefficiency ofteam cooperation by improving communication and process
  • Support pre-sales activities including overall solutioning, project sizing, proposal preparation and presentation

Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
  • University degree holder in Information Technology, Information System, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in large scale digital project management and software delivery
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Effective communicator to different levels of stakeholders and can present complex ideas and technical details into layman terms
  • Demonstrate a proactive working attitude to achieve common goals with good influential and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge on different kinds of project management tools (e.g.: MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written English language skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM 1) is an advantage
  • Experience in working in DevOps environment is an advantage
