Life Cycle Management: Onboarding, Offboarding, Contract Renwal, Job Change, Probation, Payroll process, responsibility per LSC process (including Contingent Worker)
Benefit Management: Pingan Renewal/ Daily Q&A/Monthly upload
HR Admin: P-file Management, employment letter/certification issueing, sharepoint maintenance for new hires and leavers
HRIS: Workday system Maintenance
Payroll: Monthly Payroll Process, SIP Scorecard delivery, Contractor Monthly payment request
Reporting: Monthly Master Data update, Orgchart update, Quarterly leave balance report
