Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.
Requirement:
1.Overall managing employee services, including the whole excellent lifecycle support, design or monitor service delivery module, provide timely and accuracy consultant to business and employees especially foe some complex cases.
2.Identify improvement opportunity and work with other HR stakeholders to build up lean and standardized HR operation process and documentation, make sure delivery in line with internal policy and China regulation.
3. Design overall team services metric & reporting, ensure high data quality to support business development requirement.
4. As the expert on system management, focus on global and local system related HR transaction/reporting and serve as the super-user to educate or coach employee seek or operate with self- service capability, and work closely with IT fix any system bug.
5.Work with corporate and vendors to deliver high quality mobility solution on the international assignee/expat/local hire related support, including but not limited on visa application/ employment permit & residence permit, co-work with the agency to make sure the data analysis and control cycle time.
6. Review and provide recommendation C&B program and practice not only well implement global principle but also meet local business and even local market trend development.
7. Ensure and responsible for C&B operation compliance according to local city law and regulation
8.Closely work and perform each vendor daily management, regular complete vendor review and sourcing more proper one to enhance provided high service quality and consistent pursue the cycle time.
9. Lead or participate on the global or local team projects/activities and provide the self-experience and knowledge support if necessary.
