Responsibilities:
  • Support HR functions mainly in recruitment and training
  • Assist in full recruitment cycle
  • Support general training and CPT training admin
  • Maintain employee files and filing system
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years solid HR experience in recruitment and training, preferably in financial institutions
  • Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under the pressure and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
