  • Coordinate recruitment ads, coordinate interviews and screening & recruitment of staff.
  • Assist in payroll processing via MS Excel, Net HR and HSBC net.
  • Staff Claims processing, Update timesheet, Leave management & CPF Contribution andNation Service Pay claim
  • Record IT asset and update IT report.
  • Provide support to personal tax form IR8A and clearance, Work Pass / S Pass application & renewal
  • Preparation of HR letters - Employment, Confirmation, Salary adjustment, Warning, Suspension, Termination, Acceptance of Resignation, Promotion, Re-designation, Bonus, Deductions, Advance, Testimonial, Internal Memo and etc.
  • Keep up-to-date personnel details - Contact, bank information
  • Preparation of HR reports on monthly basis and organization chart & Updating HR report in Persis every month and prepare government survey on quarterly basis.
  • Arrange HR orientation for new employee, including 8ID & email creation, computer assignment, medical checkup assignment, office keys assignment, order of name card, mobile phone assignment.
  • Liaise with regional HR manger on HR matters and other ad hoc duties as required

Job requirement:
  • Relevant experience with HR general functions
  • Hands-on in payroll calculation including taxation IR8A & claims processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Ability to multi-task work and with strict deadlines
  • Be a proactive team player with good inter-personal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
