Job Description :
Our clients is a well-known FMCG company, to cope with its business expansion, they are seeking for a HR professional to lead their team & provide professional HR services for its HK & Macau retail business.
Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to resolve issues & a key change agent to support the Managing Director in turning out new projects

  • Implement HR strategies to support the achievement of business objectives and organization growth

  • Leading a team of HR colleagues in overseeing the full talent acquisition life cycle & in delivering HR outcomes to assigned departments

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are appropriately implemented and maintained

  • Ad-hoc HR projects when required
Requirements:
  • A Degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years working experience in the HR, with at least 4 years at managerial level
  • Experience in working in sizable companies is preferred. Retail/ FMCG industry experience is essential.
  • Outgoing, team player with excellent communication
  • Detail mind & Eager to learn
  • Well versed in HK & Macau labor law & ordinance
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
