Job Description


Admin & Support for APAC FP&A Department . To provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support for the APAC FP&A Managing Director and also the 3 APAC FP&A Teams . To assist in recruitment process for APAC FP&A teams . To support FP&A specific tasks including cost center management, volume report.. etc . Arrange travel and related administration tasks . Diary & Meeting arrangement . Reporting & Presentation Preparation . Participate in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by APAC FP&A Department
  • Have strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and high flexibility
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Have a good command of English and Chinese

Diploma or equivalent Experience
At least 3 years clerical experience
