Job Description

We are contractor of the government bodies. We are hiring in contract terms.
Employees are required to provide help desk support services to the control centres in government venues.
We need to answer inquiry calls about the usage of a mobile app and communicate with users by calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.
We need to keep track of the users and monitor their status.
Below is the requirements of the candidates:
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Possess basic knowledge on operation of mobile phones (running iOS or Android), as well as social media tools (e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat);
  • Possess call centre / helpdesk support knowledge in handling voice calls and collecting case information for analysis
  • Work on shifts on any days including Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays and general holidays
  • Part time or full time is eligible
  • Technical skills are not necessary
  • Good communications is essential
  • Work in Hong Kong Island
