Job Description


  • Managing and developing business relationship between AXA GI and AXA life agency channel

  • Drive business growth initiatives of the Life agency channel business for both retail and

  • commercial lines

  • Transforming the existing business process workflow and target operating model of the channel to

  • drive straight through process flow to improve the TAT SLA.

  • To drive digitalization of the business in these channels and on board our business partners of the

  • new digital customer journey.

  • Responsible for the P%26amp;L of the business from the Life Agency channel

  • As a member of distribution leadership team, to drive and lead business strategy for the channels.

  • Leading the team to provide quality services to life agents including the delivery of timely

  • new and renewal business quotations, underwriting and facilitate collaboration with other team to

  • achieve overall profitable growth

  • Create and supervise all sales campaigns to ensure sales efficiency and sales return in a relative low

  • cost.

  • Be accountable and provide support to life agents in terms of IA and legal %26amp; Compliance requirements

  • to ensure the channels are running business in a compliant way.

  • To develop our staff and equip them with sufficient and relevant skills to support the growth of

  • business.

  • Contribute and undertake projects as required
