Job Description :
We are looking for a new colleague in the Division I at our location in Shanghai.
Main Objectives

  1. Be responsible for Sales of Test Systems in China.

  2. Actively driving and managing the sales and project management process for China customers with good skills in technology evaluation stage of the sales process

  3. Working in close cooperation with the ZF sales/engineering team in the HQ in Germany as the key technical advisor and product advocate for complex automated test equipment and drive system

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship building, new customer development, regular customer care and contact.
  2. Sales and project management for ZF Test Systems:
    • Responsibility for development and delivery of product demonstrations
    • Responsibility for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
    • Ability to respond to and understand functional and technical elements of RFQ's, quotations and specifications
    • Ability to convey customer requirements to overseas product management and teams
  3. Customer and market analysis, analysis of factors influencing the business environment.

Your profile
  1. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales for automation and drives and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFQs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  2. Min. 5 years in project management / sales for test equipment company.
  3. Engineering degree in electrical engineering, test equipment or mechatronics.
  4. English Fluent, Germany not required, would be a plus.
  5. Skilled of MS office programs. Experienced in soft- and hardware for electric drive systems and sensor applications.
  6. Active in communication, building of internal and external network.
  7. Willingness for business travel within China and to Germany
  8. Ability to work under little supervision.
  9. Reliability of task completion and follow-up of pending issues.
