This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
  • Plan, coordinate and drive all value added products supplying activities in End to End supply chain, including: plan, manufacturing, packing, quality control, process improvement, safety, staff management, make best use of resources to meet market demand, quality standard, finance goal and EHS standard

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR, material, equipment and other resources to get effective process flow and meet market demand, ensues quality and delivery in time
  • Manage HR, equipment, process and time to ensure new product delivery and promotion in different period and support marketing strategy
  • Supervise implementation of GMP, Medical Device, SOP and safety policy; ensure it meet national and GSK standards.
  • Ensure the production in accordance with the process of production and storage and ensure the quality of products; Ensure the operation strictly in accordance with standard procedure.
  • Ensure the production record and batch record checked by designated personnel and sent to quality management department. Maintain the production records.
  • Review and approve the documents of production procedure and operation procedure;Approve and supervised contract manufacturing.
  • Ensure the maintenance of facility and equipment up to standard and continuously in a good condition; Ensure the safety of all work and equipment's on site
  • Ensure the completion of all necessary validation
  • Lead and drive the training system in VS department to achieve individual and departmental objective, provide employee development plan, improve VS employee engagement
  • Handle emergency and coordinate with other departments to achieve the effective management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and production efficiency in VS.
  • Take part in making business plan and focus on the effective use of resources, support company to get the best benefit
  • Support site L1/2/3/4 audit and ensure CAPAs are closed on time.
  • Accountable for functional risk management, includes proactive risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan development
  • Own annual budget for department and use resources effectively to deliver business performance
  • Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others,GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan and EHS management system.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager

Why you
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor or above major in pharmacy or related field
  • Over 5 years manufacturing management experience, experience in multi-national pharmacy is preferred, Management experience in similar value stream
  • knowledge of production and technical process, familiar with GMP requirement and product related quality and EHS regulations
  • Skill in using computer and office software
  • Good English in all aspects, capable to communicate with foreigners about production management and technical equipment
