Amazon Global Selling is one of Amazon’s business units that helps businesses from anywhere in the world to launch a global business, reaching Amazon customers around the world and building international brands. Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and s can directly reach Amazon’s 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, including 150 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon marketplaces; and millions of institutional buyers. The role we are hiring is the leader who drives the organization’s capability to enage hundreds of thousands of Sellers in a scalable way through digital channel and tools development.
In this role, you will own a series of online channels and tools development, to define channel positioning and user journey/experience, drive feature development roadmap, optimize channel operations, and own user reach and engagement goals. You need engage with multi-function and multi-tier stakeholders including product marketing team, Product and program management team, Sales operation team etc. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building organization related with online channel development and operation. He/she need be good at organization/talent development, have strong business acuman, innovated and think broad. He/she should be a good communicator both in English and mandarin, oral and written. · Develop the online channel strategy for Seller recruiting and engagement
· Own upper funnel traffic channels and demand generation
· Own a series of Seller communication channels including but not limited Wechat account (subscription and service), official website, email channels etc
· Work with global team to own Asia Seller educaional platform development and roadmap, support CN, KR, TW, VN and RESA Sellers
· Own CRM tools development, to record, tag Seller behavior data on all marketing channels, and enable auto marketing implementation
· Own sales-used communication tools development including but not limited with Wechat Work
· Develop right metrics to guide team’s inputs and outputs
· Work autonomously taking full control and responsibility to hire, train and lead the team to grow our Seller engagement capability online in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment
· Agency and budget management
Basic Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree at least;
· Good at both English and Chinese, oral and writing;
· 15+ years working experience,8+ years in people manager role;
· Proved record of driving business through digital channels development and operation;
· Solid experience in managing multi stakeholders;
· Good business acumen, good communication skill
Preferred Qualifications :
· Consumer industry working experience prefered
· E-commerce industry knowledge and experience;
