Objectives:
Acting as the voice of our customers, you will lead Bureau Veritas CPS China (covering Consumer Goods and Technology Products) strategic and operational marketing activities.
As Head of Marketing at Bureau Veritas CPS China, you will be responsible for creating, building, testing and deploying demand generation campaigns and programs. Your contributions will play a critical role in acquiring, nurturing and qualifying leads that convert into measurable and repeatable revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Market Assessment. Regular reviews and analysis of client needs, competitor activity and industry trends vs CPS portfolio closely collaborating with Global Marketing function. Identify new features / services that will appeal to customers providing growth potential and positive differentiation. Work with our Technical Services/ Client Solutions teams to package, build and promote.
  2. Campaign Management.Own the optimization and delivery of demand generation marketing campaigns, programs and tactics that generate new leads. Develop and implement lead acquisition programs that nurture, score and qualify leads. Systematically review program and campaign performance with Campaign Planning and take action to optimize performance. Strong collaboration between our Global Strategic Marketing, Regional Strategic Business Units and Product Marketing Specialists is essential to coordinate the rollout of messaging fordigital campaignsdriving quality leads and positioning BV as an innovator and segment leader. Apply your expertise to influence and deliver the marketing mix of digital tactics (channels)
  3. Marketing & Sales Materials. Develop and maintain marketing collateral for CPS China priority market segments and services/solutions.Outline content to be developed and lead Content Marketers and other internal or external resources (external agency or AI solution) to develop content aligning with the growth priorities in timely manner
  4. Collaboration. Closely collaborate with the business team in the planning, delivery and performance measurement of demand generation marketing campaigns and programs.
  5. Process & Tools / Innovation. Leverage possible technology to develop/deploy personalized outbound campaigns that compel customers to:
    1. buy a new service
    2. upgrade to a higher-end solution
    3. buy related services or,
    4. renew their service.

Fully leverage local SCRM and Global Pardot to implement related marketing campaigns and programs. Use Sale sforce to manage different stage in sales funnel. Use Tableau to measure, analyze and predict campaign and program performance. Develop real-time dashboard (tool) and process to visualize contribution.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Expert proficiency in B2B Demand Generation
  • Intermediate proficiency of content marketing, digital marketing and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of acquiring, nurturing, scoring, qualifying and passing leads to the sales channels
  • Demonstrated success in meeting / exceeding marketing-attributed sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills, execution skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork andrelationship-buildingskills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation and CRM landscape
  • Keen understanding of how to generate positive return on investment (ROI).

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related field.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing or strategic planning experience with progressive responsibilities and revenue accountability.
  • Direct experience in B2B industry a plus.
  • Must possess the ability to think at a high level as well as analyze details when necessary.
  • Must demonstrate the capability to deliver consistent messages and marketing themes to the organization to maximize the effectiveness of each area that touches customers.
  • Must be a solutions- and action-oriented individual.
