  • Closely partner with key regional HR business stakeholders to co-create and deliver the domain strategy and roadmap
  • Responsible for the regional governance committees in alignment with regional business solutions governance framework
  • Plan, deliver and support HR systems solutions – from developing business cases to planning timelines, resources and leading delivery of approved projects
  • Closely partner and communicate with local, market IT and HR stakeholders to ensure local alignment with the domain strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver and support relevant HR systems solutions that balance security and easy access, and ensure the desired employee experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective collaboration and communication with local and regional IT teams in delivering and supporting HR systems initiatives
  • Maintain close partnership with relevant global IT counterparts for HR, learning & development and collaboration platforms to ensure consistent alignment with global IT strategy
  • Manage, develop and coach the domain team to closely and effectively partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver and support innovative employee system solutions
  • Responsible for the HR domain budget across all project and support initiatives
  • Understand emerging trends and solutions in HR systems solutions, leveraging best practices from the industry
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar discipline
  • At least 15 years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including 5+ years of HR systems Management position
  • Well informed and well-rounded business and technical individual with HR systems knowledge
  • Solid experience in designing, delivering and supporting HR IT solutions
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Strong experience working at a Regional level
  • Experienced with IT strategic planning, solutions delivery and support
  • Experience working in complex IT environments, and able to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing context
  • Experience in leading successful teams in particular through times of significant organizational change
  • Experience with HR platforms, learning and development tools, corporate collaboration and communication
  • Strong team player and proactively collaborate with team members and project teams
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
