Job Description


Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!This role needs to support all the provider network and TPA expansion and relationship maintenance including all the strategic partners. Also should responsible for the provider/TPA selection and quality.
  • Establish and lead provider network team and TPA management team. Scientifically arrange the resource and workload by different regions.
  • Set up the partnership and network strategies and plans, able to lead the team to fulfill the goal.
  • Set up and monitor provider/TPA recruitment process and standards.
  • Maintain a good relationship with providers/TPAs, familiar with the medical industry and agile with the new service/model in the market.
  • Able to lead the key negotiations in compliance with strategic partners(eg.  WeDoctor), hospital senior management team and big deals, get favorable terms.
  • Able to monitor and manage the cost containment/discounts/loss ratio with healthcare & service providers base on utilization and data.
  • Able to lead and manage partnership related projects. Able to design the partnership/service related system, management mechanism, etc. Can work with cross function in any circumstance.
  • Understand CBIRC regulation, guarantee all the service provided by healthcare providers/partners strictly follow with regulator.
  • With strong business sense, able to keep the business pace. Be good at to embed healthcare service into existing and future insurance products.
  • Work closely with group healthcare team, support group based projects and daily work.
  • Provide support for pre-bid assessments for the business development team, securing Letters of Intent and establishing preliminary relationships.
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation for all hospital/provider contracts and assisting with providing information for audits.
  • Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
  • Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
  • Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
  • Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
  • Must be able to communicate with both public and private stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
