Job Description


  • Lead the facilities management team to provide real estate management services to tenants
  • Spearhead facilities digitization and modernization initiatives
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with businesses, partners and companies to maximize the value
  • Drive portfolio or facilities management activities to maximize satisfaction and loyalty for companies
  • Project manage facilities modernization projects and provide technical supports to ensure that these projects meet specifications and timelines
  • Manage outsourced service providers including those for maintenance, technical service, security, customer service and cleaning, and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control and revenue generation
  • Work with the expansion project team to ensure upgrade of existing facilities will integrate well with the new facilities
  • Assist in managing smart solutions showcases such as the smart living concept, smart building etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective facilities systems and management in accordance with requirements and budgets
  • Manage retail marketing activities
  • Provide expert advice to the management team and board members as required
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, building survey, facilities/property management and relevant professional qualifications in real estate management, ideally MRICS, CFM etc.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience with a developer, landlord or service provider
  • Solid international standard experience in facilities or portfolio management of Grade A commercial properties
  • Good business acumen with extensive industry knowledge and contacts
  • Able to work under pressure and heavy workload and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, including writing reports and proposals. Chinese is a plus
