Summary
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic food & beverage team.
What you will do:
  • Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel's brand standards
  • Responsible for full spectrum of duties, assisting guests with restaurant bookings and handling guests enquiries in a professional and efficient way
  • Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with Club at the Hyatt members, anticipating guests needs and providing prompt response to guests

Qualifications
What you should have:
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
  • Good communication skills and language skills
  • A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
