Manages the sales operation process, performs forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives. Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and the company's supply strategies. Forecasts revenue dollar commitments to the corporation. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Approves and executes pricing exceptions. Develops, implements and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions, including compliance measurement. Determines CRM, other sales enablement, and sales operations system requirements to support the business processes, working with IT. Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.

Qualifications

Manage pricing/demand/supply planning for both tactical and mid-range horizon based on advanced understanding of graphic product strategy and customer need - Manage supply chain between Intel and customers, including order management, shipment delivery, logistics quality, RMA, VMI/Hub and other supply chain solution to achieve both customer satisfaction and efficiency. Exhibit ability to provide quality input from Biz perspective. - Provide forecast track revenue vs POR on a growing base and/or larger scope. - Manage graphic product pricing structure setting & key deals pricing support by working with global product management & business operation teams. Qualification: - Knowledge of business operation and order process, also, customer service related. Better have electronic industry related experiences. -Experience on business analyst analyzing customer demand forecasts and customer service. -Bachelor in business management finance or related More details: -In depth knowledge of related product, customer biz, system/tool, process and organization -In-depth business analysis involving complex assumption, multiple scenario and specific purpose -Strong stakeholder management and able to anticipate and influence for desired outcomes. Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
