Job Description


The Role:
  • Be a member of global PP&E team and responsible for processing and maintaining fixed asset system

  • Review of assets and POs to ensure proper coding of Fixed Assets group

  • Placing assets in service based on the information received

  • Monthly task of preparing journal entries and reconciliations

  • Responsible for quarterly procedures, such as Paid Capex reporting and Unpaid Capex assessment

  • Annually lead global Fixed Assets confirmation project by planning, coordinating, and tracking progress and results

  • Works closely with internal and cross functional teams (i.e., administration/operation teams, FP&A and others)

  • Prepare supporting document for Internal/External auditors

  • Drive process improvements and automation to improve efficiencies within the group

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Ideally 3+ years of combined accounting firm and industry experience

  • Accounting firm experience is a plus, but not required

  • Fluent in English

  • Previous month-end close and trend/fluctuation analysis experience a plus

  • Excellent advanced MS Excel Skills (proficient with pivot tables, vlookups, power query, and data analysis

  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written), positive attitude is a plus

  • Love to take on challenges with innovative solutions while having efficiency/process improvement mindset

  • Ability to adapt fast-changing environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Experience with ERP systems. Oracle experience is preferred

  • CPA preferred, but not required


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or the equivalent in experience
