The candidate will need to be comfortable to commute to Shenzhen office on a daily basis as well as being responsible for a travel budget to meet clients and media owners across China.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Recruitment and training for an initial sales team in Shenzhen
• Strategy planning for further office in Beijing/Shanghai
• Selling bespoke large-scale media activations within our portfolio to advertisers in China
• Securing potential rep agreements with Chinese media owners to add to existing growing portfolio
• Ensuring all targets and KPI’s are met
The role will also:
• Be the company’s primary external representative and ambassador tasked with developing strong positive relationships with all major market participants.
• Participate in the planning and development of the company’s future directions and strategy in China
• Identify and develop investment opportunities in areas which would strategically enhance the company’s offerings and market value.
• Creating revenue streams for other companies within the group including Digital Media Agency and Technology startups.
Requirements:
• University degree holder.
• Possess minimum 12 years media sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in his/her previous roles
• Mandarin and English strong language skills is a must.
