Set up the strategy for Shenzhen office
Managing the Shengzheng Office for sourcing fashion/ apparelProducts like ladies, men, handbags, accessories for apparel.

  • Managing Divisional Merchandising Managers with their teams for order execution

  • Visit head office to go through the opportunities for each categories

  • Sourcing trip to for ladies, men and accessories

  • Grow direct sourcing, capture business from current importers and trading companies.

  • Improve head office profit margins through direct sourcing.

  • Source suppliers who could offer competitive pricing & high quality products, as well as meeting the required technical and ethnical standards.

  • Oversee the whole process: develop new products, negotiate price and factories capacity, manage and deliver production without any quality issues

  • Responsible for business forecast, expense control for the team

  • Well control the shipment and travel budget

  • Established vendor matrix in China and Asia Pacific for different products needs

  • Work closely with supporting team (Technical, HR and Finance) to deliver company's objectives

  • Ensure the team will live with integrity and company's code of conduct
