Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute strategies to deliver actualized leads in line with membership budget, with an emphasis on corporate accounts. Develop new corporate membership accounts and maintain existing ones with companies from their commercial premises.
  • Plan and ensure delivery of CRM strategies across the membership base encouraging members retention and loyalty.
  • Increase additional streams of revenue through the promotion and Sale of corporate meeting activities and corporate accounts F&B management.
  • Prepare and execute exhibitions and roadshows to promote the commercial premises services and products.
  • Analyze membership and Marketing Data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines with at least 10 years relevant working experience in sales and marketing areas, preferably in Corporate Sales, Sponsorship and Loyalty Programme.
  • Eager to work in a dynamic working environment of a passionate motivated team structure.
  • Experienced sales and partnerships development professional with a proven track record of building relationships, winning business, member acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese.
