Job Description


Applicants should have (i) a good university degree (ii) a minimum of eight years&rsquo post-degree work experience at executive level (iii) extensive experience in programme management and student matters gained in tertiary education sector (iv) administrative experience in committee work, quality assurance and enhancement, and proven capabilities for event organisation (v) strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and (vi) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
The appointee shall support the Associate Deans in (a) handling student disciplinary cases (b) the management and quality assurance of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (c) organising events and promotional activities and (d) managing and providing support to special projects.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to mutual agreement. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
