As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in:

  • Rapid prototyping and development to validate initiatives in the marketplace

We are looking for someone with:

  • Designing solutions leveraging complex datasets and guided by user experience

  • An entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working within a lab environment that is rapidly changing

  • Insatiably curious and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Eager for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement

  • Communicative with your team and comfortable in both taking initiative and acting as a co-pilot

  • Able to break down complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner

  • Passionate about new and emerging technologies

On the job you will:

  • Exposure to and mastery of JavaScript on both the front-end and back-end. Proven work experience in Node.js and any front-end framework (react/vue.js/angular) is expected.

  • Strong front-end development skills

  • Familiarity with Python/Flask

  • Familiarity with OOP concepts and design principles/patterns

  • Understanding of current web standards and upcoming technologies

  • Concepts of Cloud-Native Architecture and Continuous Integration/Deployment

  • Familiarity with RDMS and non-relational database systems

  • Understanding customer needs and opportunities in order to prototype and deliver solutions in an agile manner
