Manulife HK Finance team is seeking a Financial Officer responsible for fund administration, fund valuation for Investment Linked Products and execute financial controls associated with workflows of HK Controllers.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Minimum of 2 years of overall working experience
  • Preferred with solid experience on fund valuation
  • Focus on work in high quality and an orderly manner
  • High continuous improvement orientation
  • Strong collaboration and a team player
  • Great communication in both written and spoken English

On the job you will:
  • Perform fund administration for fund-of-funds investment linked products
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Provide documents and records for internal and external auditors
  • Provide support to Assistant Manager / Manager on fund administration and accounting tasks
  • Liaise with different parties or departments (including fund houses) to resolve issues
