Job description
  1. Manage quality related issues from the customers located in North and Central China Region.
  2. Verify and resolve the customer complaints/request/requirements through coordinating with ST different internal organizations.
  3. Improve the customer relationship through best supports/communications and quick responses throughout problem solving, continuous monitoring on quality performance.
  4. Handling the customer visit/audit requests.
  5. Representative for the customer quality meetings.
  1. Bachelor degree withmore than5 years working experience relevant to Semiconductor industry domain.
  2. Technical Knowledge on semiconductor process / Failure Analysis / Problem Solving methodology
  3. Familiar with Quality tools, Quality management system.
  4. Technical Knowledge on Automotive Quality System and Requirements
  5. With the experience to work with customers, Automotive background preferred.
  6. Good Team work spirit
  7. Good Presentation and Communication skills.
  8. Customer oriented / proactive mindset
  9. Flexible for business travelling.
  10. Good English reading/speaking/writing
