Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Managing Director for all aspects ofbusiness and personal issues
  • Independently handle correspondences, financial matters and ad hoc assignments
  • Manage and monitor Director's schedule, travel arrangement, other logistics support etc.
  • Preparation reports to management and follow expenses claims etc.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above, 5+ years expereince in sizable organization
  • With financial background and knowledge will be advantages
  • Solid experience to serve Director / Chairman for all aspects includes personal issues
  • Fluentof written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Steady, ability to handle multi-tasks, problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication and skills
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
