Office: Special Outpatient Clinic Services, New Territories East Cluster

Pay: HK$

,895 - HK$25,906 per month

Responsibilities:
1.Provide clinical support and administrative support to Specialist Out-Patient Clinics (SOPC) and Phone Enquiry Office (PEO).
2.Assist in monitoring relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) statistics in SOPC.
3.Support clinics in conducting audit, data analysis and reports write up.
4.Develop and prepare statistical report / presentation (e.g. waiting time and booking schedule).
5.Perform day to day housekeeping including procurement and materials management work.
6.Maintain department web page.
7.Coach and supervise clerical staff in SOPC & PEO.
8.Coordinate meeting and organize program / activities (intra-department and inter-department)
9.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. (a) Degree holder or above with working experience OR
(b) Completed F.5 / S.5 with
(i) 5 subjects passed in the HKCEE, including Eng Lang (Syll B) and
Chin Lang or
(ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below :
- Level 2 in Eng Lang & Chin Lang and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / &ldquoAttained in Applied
Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this
category) / Grade E in Other Languagesubjects or
equivalent
And obtained diploma in a specialized function and relevant working
experience.

Preferred Attributes:
1.Possess relevant knowledge or experience in planning, organizing and participating in project and event management.
2.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
3.Good interpersonal communication skills.
4.Good hand-on experience in PC software such as MS Word (English and Chinese), MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and others specified by department (eg. ERP, EAM and OPAS).
5.Knowledge of other dialects (e.g. Mandarin) in the light of individual job requirement.
6.Be responsible, self- motivated and able to work independently.

Remarks :

For Serving HA staff
1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1-3years depending on his/her existing employment terms. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remunerationpackage / employment terms of staff concerned and prevailing policies.

For External Applicants
2.Appointment will be on contract terms for an initial period of 1-3 years. 5% of total basic
salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract.
3. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normalretirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be
offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA.
