Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) (2 posts) in the Department of Medicine(Ref.: 503369) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, and very attentive to details.
For post (A), the appointee will provide a high-level of support to undergraduate programme administration for medical curriculum, and teaching and learning activities in the Department.
For post (B), the appointee will provide support to the Department’s HR team in handling a wide spectrum of human resources matters.
The appointees will also assist in Departmental activities and events, and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
