EHS System Management
1) Follow up EHS goals and target and report EHS KBIs monthly
2) EHS document management: compile, revise and update procedure according to legal and corporate’s requirement.
3) Compliance Assessment: collect and update the laws and regulations regularly, and identify requirements or gap and to comply with or improve them.
4) Organize and control the EHS internal audit: make the EHS internal audit plan and agenda, implement the audit, summarize the audit ,follow up and confirm the corrective action, and organize management review.
5) Assort the external audit and customer audit with other departments and follow up the corrective action to comply with related requirements.
EHS Activities Organization
1) Formulate the theme and content of the activities, and make the activities schedule and budget.
2) Formulate the activities process and propaganda program
3) Prepare goods and material before activities
4) Carry out series activities
5) Summarize the activities
EHS Training Management
1) Set up EHS training process : identify the EHS training course to related employee ,formulate EHS annual training schedule
2) Formulate and update the EHS training PPT
3) Track training completion date
4) Analysis and assess the EHS training result and improve training effectiveness
Report quarterly training status to BEMT. Profile
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in safety , environment ,and chemical ;
2. 3 years or above multinational company EHS working experience;
3. certified safety engineer
4. Familiar with relative EHS regulations and laws;
5. Good English skill, both verbally and in writing
