Hang Seng's Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-d businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join our department as Ecosystem and Fintech Partnership Manager - Wholesale COO.
Principal responsibilities:
  • Support the team head to drive the ecosystem strategy, roadmap and execution of strategy for ecosystem partnership to best-in-class business ecosystem for the bank.
  • Innovate the new business model or new revenue driver through ecosystem partnership to grow consumer business in terms of customer acquisition and joint customer value proposition.
  • Develop the framework for targeting ecosystem partners according to selection criteria factoring principles for data insights & data exchange needed.
  • Work closely with FinTech partner to continue to strengthen our digital and business capabilities.
  • Establish set of customer insights & scalable tools & operational processes that enable partners to work with bank for partnership.
  • Design, manage and deliver open customer journeys for scalable business results
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity assessment framework to guide the identification, promotion and development of new markets, services, or capabilities through partnerships and/or ecosystem engagement.
  • Keep abreast of the market trend and regulatory requirement.
  • Support the formulation of digital strategy, using iterative research on political/ economical/ environmental/ regulatory/ technological changes digital trends competition landscape and customer needs
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge on FinTech development both locally and globally and drive innovation and bring in technology to the bank.
University degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, Information Systems OR other relevant qualifications Proven experience (at least 6 years) in digital engagement in terms of extending the bank's products and service offerings with partnership building Previous digital innovation experience along with business Experience in project management, with good knowledge of SME business an advantage Digital savvy with experience in management consulting, open banking, strategy, product development / commercialization or e-Commerce Strong interpersonal skills to build and influence key stakeholders & partners High awareness on market trend, new FinTech product & new technologies A quick learner with strong analytical skills and able to move seamlessly from high level concepts to detail Ability to make decisions based on insight and analysis Creative thinking to generate new idea and deliver business value Knowledgeable in banking operations, banking products/ services, ideally in Commercial Banking Could communicate, speak and write, in fluent English and Cantonese/ Putonghua (a plus)
