  • Manage end to end omni-channel eCommerce operation and pinpoint problems & optimization solutions to drive GMV growth.
  • Manage eCommerce store operation data analysis to dig deep insights to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct Industry & competitor benchmark research.
  • Manage the proposal, execution and performance tracking for eCommerce promotion campaigns.
  • Full cycle customer life value management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver consulting and commerce operation projects, with timely communication and client's stakeholder management
  • Support the creation of business development proposals
  • Actively help to develop and grow Accenture's Commerce Services offering by contributing to POVs and exchanging knowledge with colleagues


  • With minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce channel end to end operation and optimization.
  • Excellent channel analysis and optimization skill with or in famous brands, exposure with healthcare industry will be a plus.
  • Experience with 0-1 commerce channel development and large GMV store management experience.
  • Prior project experience and know how in commerce data platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and solve undefined or complex problems
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capability in terms of interacting professionally with diverse group of key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in both verbal and written English.
