1). Develop & establish strong cooperative relationship with all levels of organization and departments between the customers and ST so as to maximize the business growth;
2). Increase resources, market share & position as a strategic supplier with the customer;
3). Work closely with both customer and ST internal to drive the achievement of POP, POS, Demand creation targets agreed with the distributor.
4). Set up strategic business plan, and drive the focus segments and key customers penetration together with ST internal;
5). Manage the order pipeline and provide timely accurate demand forecasts;
6). Close loop communications to ensure smooth support & responsiveness to customers. Profile
1). University degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent education;
2). 5 - 10 years of experience in sales & marketing within Semiconductor industry, background in distribution management would add value for the position coverage;
3). Strong ability in defining objectives and monitoring progress with a strong record of delivering sales targets,
4). Good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills;
5). Multi-cultural understanding and great team work;
6). Availability to travel.
