Manulife Marketingisseeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Director, who is obsessed with contributing to Company and team's Program Level Performance KPIs. They will have the expertise to use digital communications to enhance our brand's effectiveness and marketing efforts in acquiring, and growing customer value.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Team management experience
  • Curious about staying on top of new trends, understanding evolving digital landscape, trying out new approaches
  • An attitude to challenge status quo
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive results and think holistically on digital/traditional, paid and own channels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills – able to develop action plan, timeline and follow through
  • Must be a team player – who are able to partner with key local and regional stakeholders

  • Holistic brand management experience

On the job you will:
  • Assist the AVP in managing the digital marketing budget and achieve business results in a cost-effective way
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Marketing, Insights and Analytics on identifying the right approach/design of programs, analyzing performance and recommend ways to optimize performance.
  • Educate all the marketing teams on emerging trends and digital competitive initiatives.
  • Manage social listening and identify content initiatives.
  • Effectively collaborate with all key stakeholders. Have to influence without authority

Measurements:
  • Achieve Program Level Performance KPIs – Unique visits/Page views/Video Views/Click Through Rate/Cost Per Click
  • Contribute to Company level KPIs – including but not limiting to:
    • # and % of direct-to-customers
    • Digitally registered customers
    • Digitally active customers
    • # of leads generated by digital channel
