We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 10+ years of holistic brand managementand team management experience
Fluent in Chinese (read/write/verbal Cantonese) and English
Strong team spirit– who arecapable tocollaborate with team members,partner with key local and regional stakeholdersas well as advertising agencies
Solid experienceindigitalplatforms,i.e.website and app.development.
Ability to drive results and think holistically on digital/traditional, paid and own channels
Demonstrated project management skills – able to develop action plan, timeline and follow through
Greatpresentation and negotiation skills
An attitude to challenge status quo
On the job you will:
Have overall responsibilities for implementing marketing and digital strategy in Hong Kong
Assist the AVP inbudgetmanagementandtoachieve business results in a cost-effective way
Work closely with Product, Customer Marketing, Insights and Analytics on identifying the right approach/design of programs, performanceanalysisand performanceoptimization recommendation
Collaborate with IT,Developers and otherBusinessUnits to develop digital solutions
ManageSocialMediaand identify content initiatives
Educate all the marketing teams on emerging trends and digital competitive initiatives
Collaborate with all key stakeholderseffectively andyoucouldinfluence without authority

Contribute to Company level KPIs – including but not limiting tothenumber of:
Direct-to-customerstransactions
Digitally registered customers
Digitally active customers
Leads generated by digital channel
