Digital dept. is a pivotal part of the Group, providing digital solutions to local and global business to navigate online space and achieve real success. We combine global expertise and technology to drive better experiences for our customers and increase reputation and profits for HSBC. We focus on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Group.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
  • ​Cultivate user needs through community operations, and then push to back-end sales to promote transactions after cultivating intentions.
  • Facing the changes in the market and users, experiment and explore different operation methods, and iterate on the operation SOP for use by all operation teams.
  • Skilled in operating various methods, using high-quality community content output, planning and operating community activities, creating a good community atmosphere, ensuring the release of community content and fan interaction
  • Analyzing community data can effectively optimize activities and fission ROI through data and user feedback, and increase activity and conversion.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • More than 5 years of user/community operation experience, with mature community user system construction and event planning experience
  • Familiar with the growth model under the WeChat ecosystem, and familiar with the drainage gameplay of major platforms, good at grasping user psychology and analyzing various user behaviors from the perspective of users
  • Have good affinity, communication skills and teamwork spirit, time management ability, and strong execution.
  • Strong learning ability, ability to withstand stress, able to embrace changes, put forward their own ideas and put them into practice
  • Good self-driving force, able to quickly understand business, and effective cross-team cooperation and organization and coordination skills.
