Job Description :
  • Serve as the Divisional subject matter expert (SME) on eCommerce, analyzing the markets and projecting revenue
  • Drive eCommerce revenue by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing processes through our PPI business system, managing expansion projects for new regions and product lines, and serving as the first POC for Divisional leadership
  • Oversee strategy, execution, measurement and reporting of online marketing campaigns, focused on increasing click-through rates, conversions, new customer acquisition and retention on channels such as Paid Search, Google Programmatic, and YouTube
  • Understand, monitor and improve core eCommerce, Web traffic and conversion metrics
  • Liaise with SEO specialists and agencies to achieve improved product placement on Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs)
  • Provide expert consultative services to product management, regional marketing, and strategic pricing teams, ensuring alignment on promotion planning and markdown strategy
  • Deliver key metrics at established cadence with a recap of product performance and sales, highlighting successful tactics and recommending improvements
  • Track and share B2B and B2C eCommerce and retail trends
  • Monitor competitor marketing efforts, ensuring that we take appropriate preemptive and responsive action when appropriate
