Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral part of JLL China’s marketing team and will assist the Director of Digital Marketing in driving efficiency and effectiveness across owned and earned digital channels, processes and platforms.
Responsible for managing agency and vendor relationships focused on marketing technologies, SEO, social media and paid campaigns, the individual will have a firm understanding of China’s digital ecosystem and show an ability to develop, track and meet KPIs while thinking critically about proposed channels and approaches.
He/she will be expected to support best-in-class demand generation efforts via multiple digital tools and platforms, lead governance and end-to-end performance reporting, including dashboard creation and optimization. 
This role will require knowledge sharing and collaboration across Marketing Teams and JLL business lines with the candidate acting as a key connector between marketing generated enquiries and revenue.
What this job involves:

  • Manage vendors and related business processes

  • Lead the success of JLL SEO execution to drive qualified traffic to JLL website/campaign landing pages

  • Assist relevant teams in building and executing digital marketing campaigns, online events and programs (incl. overall strategy, asset development, campaign automation, execution, reporting and analysis)

  • Handle online business enquiry follow up, reporting and analysis

  • Deliver reports on campaign and channel performance.Translate performance data into recommendations that optimise CPC/CPD/CPA and drive business enquiries

  • Work closely with business users to obtain and document relevant success stories and promote uptake of digital solutions

  • Coordinate with website teams on localisation efforts, content uploads and bug fixes

  • Stay abreast of market trends and insights, and participate in knowledge sharing to keep teams well-informed of the fast evolving digital landscape, new solutions, competitor behavior, and best practice

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing and operations experience

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written

  • Practical knowledge of how to build and manage demand generation campaigns and workflow processes

  • Proficient with marketing analytics programs, and other relevant tools incl. Adobe Analytics and BaiduTongji

  • Process-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and a fast learner

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently

  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
